Top Choice Health Scans
Discover our most popular medical thermography scans, designed to provide early detection, diagnostic support, and valuable health insights.
Full Body Health Scan
A Full Body Thermography Scan is a non-invasive, radiation-free assessment that evaluates your entire body, from head to toe. This scan can help detect inflammation, circulatory issues, metabolic imbalances, and hidden infections, offering valuable insights into your overall health..
Breast Screening
Breast Screening with Medical Thermography is a non-invasive imaging technique that analyzes infrared heat patterns in the breasts to assess overall breast health. By detecting variations in temperature, it can provide insights into circulation, inflammation, and potential risks, including (early) signs of breast cancer.
Thyroid Scan
The Thyroid Scan provides a non-invasive assessment of thyroid function by detecting areas of inflammation and dysfunction. It can help identify signs of hypo- or hyperthyroidism, nodular activity, and hidden infections linked to chronic illness. By visualizing thermal patterns, this scan supports early detection and guides further investigation and treatment.
About Thermography Health Scans
What is Medical Thermography and how does it work?
Thermography is the science of measuring infrared radiation emitted from the body to detect temperature changes. These variations provide insights into physiological processes, offering early warnings for injuries, inflammation, or disease.
Infrared thermography (IRT) captures detailed infrared images of the body, while ThermoHuman’s AI-powered software analyzes these images to detect significant asymmetries between the left and right sides. Using advanced artificial intelligence, the software assesses the severity of these asymmetries and categorizes them with a color scale: normal (grey), monitoring (yellow), prevention (orange), alarm (red), severe (purple), and high severity (black).
IIn a healthy body, temperature differences between mirrored zones are minimal, typically less than 0.3°C. Significant variations may indicate underlying issues such as injury, inflammation, or abnormal blood flow.
Unlike other imaging methods like ultrasound, which focuses on structural changes, thermography detects physiological activity, offering a unique and dynamic perspective on health. Within 24 hours, you receive a detailed report, giving you clear, visual insights into your health status.

About Thermography
The History of Thermography
The use of body temperature to assess health dates back to ancient Greece, where physicians recognized its diagnostic potential. With the introduction of infrared cameras, thermography opened new possibilities for healthcare monitoring, offering a non-invasive way to detect and analyze health concerns.
1956: Thermography was discovered in Montreal, Canada, and initially gained attention for its applications in breast health.
1982: The FDA approved thermography as an adjunctive screening tool for breast cancer, marking a significant step in its medical use.
2008: A landmark study published in the American Journal of Surgery demonstrated thermography’s 97% sensitivity in detecting breast cancer, solidifying its role in early detection.
2010s: Research expanded into cardiovascular health, with studies showing thermography’s ability to detect early signs of circulatory issues, such as peripheral artery disease and microvascular dysfunction
2015: Thermography gained recognition in thyroid health, with studies highlighting its potential to identify inflammation and dysfunction in the thyroid gland.
.
2017: A breakthrough in diabetes research revealed that thermography could detect early-stage diabetic neuropathy by identifying temperature variations in the feet, offering a non-invasive diagnostic tool.
2020: Thermography was increasingly used in sports medicine to monitor muscle injuries, inflammation, and recovery, providing real-time insights for athletes and trainers.
Over the years, thermography has evolved beyond breast screening for breast halth and breast cancer, expanding into diverse fields such as cardiovascular care, endocrinology, diabetes management, sports medicine, and workplace safety.
Today, it continues to revolutionize how we monitor and understand the human body, offering a safe, non-invasive approach to early detection and health optimization.

Thermography Health Scan preparation
How Do I Prepare for a Thermography Health Scan?
To ensure accurate results, it’s important to our preparation guidelines. For example, we recommend avoiding sunbathing 5 days before your session, refraining from treatments like acupuncture, ultrasound, or heat/cold therapies 24 hours prior, and steering clear of exercise, deodorants, creams, and alcohol 12 hours before. Additionally, it’s best to avoid hot food and drinks 4 hours before your session, and refrain from taking hot or cold baths in the final hour. This provides just a general impression of a few key preparation steps. For the full protocol, you can download the complete preparation guide below.
